We want every order to be handled properly, but custom printed products require extra care because they are made specifically for each customer.
Returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Custom printed shirts are generally considered final sale once the design has been approved and production has started. If there is a production issue, wrong item, wrong size, damaged item, or printing error caused during production, please contact MPLinks Print Shop so the order can be reviewed.
To request a return or issue review, customers must contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. Photos may be requested before a return, replacement, or refund decision is made.
Returns are not accepted for:
Worn or washed items
Damaged items caused after delivery
Incorrect customer-selected size
Customer-approved designs after production
Change-of-mind requests after production has started
If MPLinks Print Shop made an error with your order, we will work with you to make it right through replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.
Shipping or delivery fees, when applicable, may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

MPLinks Print Shop currently offers free local delivery within Calgary and nearby service areas when available.
For Calgary-area orders, delivery will be arranged after your order and design details are reviewed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on shirt availability, design approval, production time, and local delivery scheduling.
For customers outside the Calgary area, shipping options and costs may be calculated at checkout or quoted before production begins.
Most custom shirt orders require design review before production. Your order will move forward once payment is confirmed and the uploaded design/logo has been reviewed.
