Custom Printed Products
Custom printed shirts are generally considered final sale once the design has been approved and production has started. Because each order is made for a specific customer, returns are reviewed carefully.
Order Issues
If there is a production issue, wrong item, wrong size, damaged item, or printing error caused during production, please contact MPLinks Print Shop so the order can be reviewed.
Photos may be requested before a return, replacement, or refund decision is made.
Returns Are Not Accepted For
Returns are not accepted for worn or washed items, damage caused after delivery, incorrect customer-selected size, customer-approved designs after production has started, or change-of-mind requests after production has started.
MPLinks Error Handling
If MPLinks Print Shop made an error with your order, we will work with you to make it right through replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate. Shipping or delivery fees, when applicable, may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by MPLinks Print Shop.
