These terms outline how MPLinks Print Shop handles custom shirt orders, design review, production, and delivery.
Custom Order Process
MPLinks Print Shop orders are custom production orders. Customers may select a product, provide or upload a logo/design, and submit the order for review before production.
Production begins after payment has been confirmed and the submitted design has been reviewed.
Design Approval
MPLinks Print Shop may review uploaded artwork before production. If a design is unclear, low-quality, unsuitable for printing, or requires adjustment, MPLinks may contact the customer before moving forward.
Customer-approved designs may move into production once payment, product details, and design details are confirmed.
Product Availability
Product availability may vary by size, colour, supplier stock, and production timing. If a selected product or size becomes unavailable, MPLinks Print Shop may contact the customer to discuss an alternative, replacement, delay, or refund where appropriate.
Pricing and Payment
MPLinks Print Shop V1 is focused on Calgary and nearby service areas. Free local delivery may be available within Calgary and surrounding areas. Outside-area shipping may be quoted or calculated separately.
Production Timeline
Production timelines may vary depending on design approval, shirt availability, production capacity, and local delivery scheduling.
Limitation of Responsibility
MPLinks Print Shop will make reasonable efforts to review, prepare, and complete orders properly. However, delays may occur due to supplier stock, production scheduling, customer response time, delivery timing, or design issues.
