Need a hand keeping your yard under control? I’m Trevor, a local neighbor taking on a limited number of nearby lawns while I work toward the next equipment goal for my small business. The standard $40 service includes mowing and trimming a reasonably maintained front and back yard, followed by a tidy finish. Accessible back-lane areas can also be cleaned up where practical. Before your appointment, please clear away toys, hoses, pet waste and other small items. Heavy, fixed or unsafe objects will not be moved. Very large or heavily overgrown yards may require a different price, but we’ll always discuss and agree on that before any work begins. Local, reliable and neighborly, no surprises.
